Job description

We are working with a leading Property Management firm and are looking to add a Property Accountant to our team in Center City, Philadelphia. Ideal candidates should have a professional background in property accounting and should either hold an Accounting Degree or have experience with RealPage Software.

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000

Qualifications:

• 1+ Year of Property Accounting Experience
• Accounting Degree or Experience with RealPage Software
• CPA licensure, or actively pursuing licensure, is strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
