Olimene Counseling Services is seeking a skilled clinical therapist to join our diverse team. Our practice is located in Bolingbrook and we serve all age groups; early childhood through adulthood.

Responsibilities include:
- Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and notes.
- Assess client's needs and facilitate them with referrals/resources.
- Provide psychotherapy for individuals, families, and/or couples.
- Formulate DSM 5 diagnoses.
- Consult with other providers, psychiatrists, and family members when appropriate.
- Continue to learn and grow to remain competent in serving the practice’s demographic and your caseload’s unique challenges.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in counseling or social work.
- Illinois license in good standing (LCPC, LPC, LCSW, or LSW).
- Willing to work evenings and/or weekends.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Detailed organization skills and time management.
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a clinical therapist.
Work Location:
- Hybrid; Combination of remote and in-person work at any of our office locations.
Schedule (Choose your own hours):
- Full-Time (28+ hrs/week).
- Part-time (15+ hrs/week).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
