Exciting opportunity for an experienced Anaplan model builder/architect to drive transformation in Go-to-Market (GTM) Sales Operations at Synopsys.  Be part of reshaping the future by driving strategy, process, system, structural and behavioral change across our GTM Sales Compensation and Sales Planning use cases!  This role will manage existing model builders and partner with business owners and leadership to drive meaningful change in a company with a proven track record of innovation and growth.
 
We are looking for a proven change leader excited to usher new era of digital automation and transitions. The ideal candidate is a good problem-solver with a keen ability to diagnose functional needs, manage ambiguity in a dynamic environment, and leverage technical strength and business acumen to develop a blueprint, roadmap, and then execute.

This role will also represent GTM Sales Operation in the Anaplan Corporate COE to maximize connected planning efficiencies across functional areas. 

Key Responsibilities Desired Skills and Experience:


The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $111,000-$194,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
