Job description
We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into our databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. The Data Entry Clerk will work closely with various teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into our databases and computer systems.
- Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
- Review and correct any discrepancies in data.
- Generate reports and provide data analysis as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security policies.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements - Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry are a plus.
