Job description
This role is responsible for developing and coordinating activities to support sales growth, maintain, and process accurate customer data, order management (traditional and online), assist marketing, advertising and other related events, provide sales analytics in close relation with existing and potential customer, as well as with the management and field sales teams of our Americas sales organization.
Compensation Plan: $55k-65k salary plus benefits and retirement plan.
Main tasks and responsibilities: - Assist customers on the phone, by email and chat
- Support with inbound phone calls and within the departments: customers, business partners, offices in North and South America, headquarters in Europe
- Support Inside Sales and order processing (online, digital and traditional tools)
- Collaborate with global marketing, sales management, field sales and inside sales teams to develop effective sales presentations, marketing and lead generation tools tailored to our specific customer types, ensuring our local requirements are met
- Update, maintain and utilize customer relationship management system (CRM) to support sales team
- Support trade shows, tech days, marketing, and sales events, ensuring they are aligned with our strategic goals, brand and identity
- Constructively promote ideas and the development of new marketing tools to support our sales team (cold call, digital presence, online sales)
- Collaborate with all teams to provide customer trends, market and competitor information
- Fulfill any other general tasks identified by the Inside Sales/CRC Management in marketing, sales events, customer service, etc
Requirements: - Bachelor’s or associate’s degree
- Degree or experience in marketing or communications is a plus
- Three to five years related experience.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment.
- Proactive can-do attitude.
- Ability to Multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Excellent writing and editing abilities.
- Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Office products and sales tools
- Personal and proficient presence on all professional social media platforms
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
