Job Description:
As Marketing Coordinator, you are an integral member of the McCollum Heritage 91 team and liaison between McCollum Heritage 91 and key members of our partner winery, Adelsheim Vineyard. Key responsibilities include digital project management, assisting on all McCollum Heritage 91 events and experiences, label management, and daily support work that keeps McCollum Heritage 91 marketing running smoothly and efficiently.
The Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for being the point person with brand outside consultants on matters related to website management, social media management, and general branding matters. You will report to the Director of Operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with McCollum Heritage 91 Director of Operations and key partners to build and develop brand and brand awareness
- Ensure brand message is consistently applied internally and externally
- Work with Director of Operations to create and maintain the annual strategic marketing calendar with release schedule, brand standards, and brand plan
- Develop and maintain digital marketing calendar and e-commerce campaigns which correspond with the overall marketing strategic calendar
- Create marketing initiatives and programs to drive e-commerce
- Create email blasts, online advertising, and retargeting campaigns
- Develop and execute creative materials in support of the brand and related products. Identify, establish, and manage relationships with outside vendors including photographers, designers, and suppliers. Direct outside vendors to create effective marketing pieces and programs that will be used for all sales and marketing needs
- Work with website vendor to create and update relevant content on McCollum Heritage 91 website (brand messages, policies, shipping rates/types, compliance, promos) and ensure dynamic delivery adapted to mobile, tablet, and desktop
- Work with social media vendor to create and distribute content that is consistent with the McCollum Heritage 91 brand
- Collaborate with Adelsheim Vineyard marketing team to manage labels and packaging to ensure compliance with government regulations and updated COLA’s with TTB as needed
- Collaborate with Adelsheim Vineyard to identify and execute cross-promotional opportunities
- Work with Director of Operations and PR team to identify top events to attend for brand marketing purposes and to develop signature events and experiences executed by McCollum Heritage 91
Job Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on luxury consumer goods
- Incredible work ethic, well organized and high attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate needs and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with MS Office suite; experience with WineDirect encouraged
- Passionate about the wine industry
- Demonstrated sales ability and leadership
- Must be available to work weekends, as needed
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older
