Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to determine their preferences and needs for a loft within the inner loop area.
- Accompany clients on property tours of lofts, emphasizing the highlights of each space and responding to inquiries.
- Use knowledge and experience to develop lease terms and rental prices that meet clients' budgets and expectations.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, new construction, and competitive pricing in the high-rise loft market in the inner loop region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, property managers, and colleagues to facilitate successful transactions.
- Aid in the preparation of leasing agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and local laws.
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be a holder of a valid Texas Real Estate License.
- Possess an up-to-date understanding of the Houston real estate market and current industry developments.
