Job description
The HCB IT Delivery organization, within CVSH's DDAT organization, is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Architect to help realize the product features for a Conversational AI platform that is helping our members to get answers to their health insurance questions through the channel of their choice. In this role you will be responsible for helping to align features and user stories to the solution design. In this role you will have a holistic understanding of the application and serve as an expert on the end to end implementation of the application.
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration of the engagement : 6+ months
Preferred location: On-Shore/United States; Remote; working hours Eastern Standard Time required
Rate Card Role: Developer - Specialized III
You will make an impact by
- Participate in Feature refinement sessions with key stakeholders to ensure the specified needs are clearly articulated, identify gaps, and propose adjustments as needed.
- Recommend technical solutions based on business requirements and prioritization
- Create/propose solutions for new features with considerations around scale and costs
- Identify data needs for use cases, partnering with Integration architects to map enterprise services to the user interface
- Design logical navigation flows within the chat bot
- Create/update design documentation in Lucid
- Address issues/risks/dependencies in solution recommendations
- Support user onboarding, training, and adoption activities
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of architecture patterns to enable scalable solutions for data management, BI, and analytics
- Deep understanding of data lifecycle management (operational databases, warehouses, integration and governance, pipelining, analytics enablement, and reporting)
- Critical thinker, with the ability to make decisions on technology aligned to business needs for analytics and data engineering functions
- Highly motivated, independent worker with a pulse on industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment
Preferred Qualifications - Experience as a Business or Information Architect a plus
- Understanding of data and analytics tools including Tableau, Alation, DataRobot, Trifacta
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering or STEM
