Job description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Tax Manager with a CPA designation to join our esteemed client's team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing their tax department, providing excellent tax services, and playing a key role in growing our business.

Responsibilities:
- Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients
- Lead and manage all aspects of the tax department
- Prepare and review complex tax returns and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional client service
- Supervise and mentor junior tax professionals
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
- Contribute to business development activities and help grow the tax practice
Requirements
- CPA designation is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax planning and compliance
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Experience with complex tax returns and financial statements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Exceptional client service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in tax software and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Ability to work legally in the United States
