Shift/Pay/Schedule
Shift: Monday-Friday/7:00am-4:00pm
Pay rate: $15.00-$17.00 hourly (depending on experience)

What’s a typical day as a General Laborer? You’ll be:
• Responsible for the general appearance and function of the facility.
• Performing porter duties such as trash removal, restroom maintenance, lighting element replacement, cafeteria cleanliness, spill response, lobby appearance, parking lot appearance, and inclement weather response.
• Assisting with roof maintenance, including clearing drains and ensuring roof lining integrity.
• Assisting maintenance personnel with site preparation, cleanup activities, and retrieving specialized tools and spare parts.
• Performing fire and lift watch duties.
• Utilizing hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks.
• Utilizing basic computer skills for communication and documentation.
