POS Installation & Support Specialist I
Reports To
POS Installation & Support Manager
Job Purpose
The POS Support Technician will travel around to businesses in the MA,RI, and CT areas and help install POS equipment as well as provide support to their equipment on a as need basis. They will also have an in-depth knowledge of Payroc POS products as well as understand several different software platforms associated with the equipment. Company car is provided for travel.
