YOUR ROLE AS A LICENSED LOCKSMITH MANAGER

As a Licensed Locksmith Manager, you play a vital role in our dealership. As both an experienced locksmith and a manager, you wear two hats every day. Sometimes, you are busy responding to service calls and helping our customers who've been locked out of a vehicle or a home. With keen attention to detail, you also perform other standard locksmith shop duties, such as copying keys, re-keying, picking locks, and cutting to code.

Other times, you wear your manager hat, which means that you help our team be organized and productive. To do so, you keep accurate timesheets, track service call tickets, respond to emails, and manage inventory items. You also work with our marketing team to promote events, respond to online reviews, and answer customer inquiries. In your job, each day brings a new and interesting challenge, and you love that your tasks are so varied. You also enjoy helping our team help others.
