CareOne Senior Care is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an RN at CareOne Senior Care, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring positive outcomes for our patients.
**Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN as needed
**Location: Southeast Michigan
**Job Type: PRN
Responsibilities:
-Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards of practice.
Perform patient assessments, develop and implement care plans for clients living at home.
Administer/Manage medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and optimize patient care.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the advancement of nursing practice.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of Michigan.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting positive patient outcomes.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
