Job Opportunity: Multimedia Account Representative (Advertising Sales Representative)

Join our team at Pacific Community Media, the publisher of The Long Beach Post and Long Beach Business Journal. As a growing print and digital media organization and one of the largest newsrooms in Los Angeles County, we offer a comprehensive suite of multi-platform advertising products and marketing services to local and regional businesses.

About the Role:

As a Multimedia Account Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with both existing clients and potential customers. Your role will involve understanding their unique marketing challenges and crafting custom solutions to help them achieve their goals. This may include leveraging print, digital, social media, and programmatic advertising solutions, along with the expertise of our in-house, full-service agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to prospects and manage client relationships
Utilize CRM software to build and manage a sales pipeline effectively
Develop creative marketing campaigns to drive customer loyalty, sales, lead generation, and social media engagement
Conduct post-campaign analysis and provide recommendations for future campaigns

Requirements:

Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Proficiency in Word and Excel; experience with Google Ads, Analytics, and WordPress is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams
