Crystal Springs Inc. is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our social services team as a full-time Children's Program Shift Manager at our residential facility in Assonet, MA.

You'll enjoy a competitive wage of $19.50 to $21.00 per hour , based on education and experience, along with a sign-on bonus of $3,000. You can also enjoy the following benefits:

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

Your main responsibility is to supervise and coordinate shifts. You're in charge of documenting activities, ensuring a safe environment, and monitoring staff performance and interactions. But it's not just about managing schedules and paperwork - you also play a vital role in providing role modeling and support to our students. Our priority is promoting the physical, emotional, and behavioral health of each student, as well as helping them develop important life skills.

You work as part of a collaborative team, fostering open communication and support among your co-workers. You're directly accountable to the House Manager, who provides supervision and training.
