Fitness Associate: The YMCA is hiring Fitness Associates to provide outstanding member service at our Fercho YMCA and Schlossman YMCA.

• Greets all members and guests professionally as they enter the fitness center and promotes all aspects and benefits of the facility in a positive manner
• Available to members and guests to assist them
• Ensures safety in member exercises and supervision of the fitness center rules and safety equipment
• Responsible for keeping the fitness center organized and clean at all times, ensuring the cleanliness of the fitness area equipment by completing cleaning tasks as assigned

Fitness Associate Pay & Benefits:

• $13.85/hour
• Part-time employees begin accruing Sick Leave immediately upon hire and Paid Time Off (PTO) after one year of employment
• All employees receive a free YMCA membership!

Fitness Associate Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old
