We are currently partnered with a growing and established company in the manufacturing space seeking for an HR Generalist to join their team. The HR Generalist will work closely with team leaders to implement effective people strategies, fostering the attraction, development, engagement, and retention of top talent. They possess a deep understanding of the company's daily operations and offer comprehensive support across various HR functions including employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR operations. Building strong relationships with employees at all levels, the HR Generalist ensures the delivery of high-quality, people-centric services in alignment with company objectives.
This is a direct-hire and onsite position in Huntington Beach, CA.
Core Duties:
Identify opportunities for improvement or resolution of issues by aligning organizational priorities with appropriate HR solutions
Develop and execute workforce strategies, including organizational design, change management, and workforce planning, to facilitate business transformation across regions.
Lead talent management processes to cultivate a highly engaged and productive team.
Align performance management practices with the goal of fostering a culture of high performance and innovation within business units.
Oversee specific HR functional areas such as compensation, benefits, employee relations, learning and development, training, performance management, and HR systems.
Engage proactively with teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations.
Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a progressive Human Resources role
Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college is desirable
Bilingual. Must be fluent in speaking and writing in both English and Spanish
Knowledge of human resources concepts, policies & procedures, including employment practices, employee relations, salary administration, talent management, employee engagement, workforce development, and organizational initiatives relating to and/or impacting human resources
Advanced communication skills including ability to lead group presentations, facilitate meetings, influence and gain acceptance of decisions, and advise others
Passionate and sense of urgency for execution, natural curiosity and willingness to take risks, ability to use creativity to problem solve, ability to look at human resources in new and different ways with desire to make a difference
Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment
Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities, and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment.
