Responsibilities

This position is critical in providing outreach to all Access-A-Ride (AAR) customers to educate and address the application and use of AAR service in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). New and creative approaches must be implemented to allow for concise messages to reach our customers on the various changes to the service, such as the implementation of OMNY, the new MY AAR app, and the expanded E-Hail Pilot program.

Compensation

Salary Range $75,689 - $107,430 (G- 437 Points)

Education and Experience

Degree Required: Baccalaureate or equivalent combination of education and experience from an accredited college may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Major Field of Study: Transportation, Business Administration, Communications, or satisfactory equivalent and five (5) years of satisfactory full-time experience

Total number of years' experience five (5) of which two (2) must be a Managerial/Supervisory capacity.

Desired knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Experience customer relations, communication and/or public relations with knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act as it relates to public transportation.

Knowledge of the American with Disabilities Act and State and City policies.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
