Resp & Qualifications
PURPOSE:
Configures, Develops, Implements, and Maintains Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP). Prior experience with Oracle EBS R12 and/or Fusion Financials (EPM, Narrative Reporting, SmartView, EDM, ARCS, FCCS, Cloud Accounting Hub, AP, FA and GL). Experience working with integrated Human Capital Management systems (HCM) is helpful. Serves as a subject matter expert; elicits and documents business requirements; Matches requirements to standard system functionality; Performs fit-gap analysis and configurations the systems per specifications; Has excellent communication skills both written and verbal; Provides guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience. Licenses/Certifications:Experience: 8 years progressive experience in a HR data or analytics role. Experience in a customer service technical role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)Salary Range: $89,280 - $177,320
