Job description

Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a Clinical Director with a background as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). As the Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations and managing a team of therapists. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work from home or from our office locations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to therapists
• Develop and implement treatment programs
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with management team to establish and maintain high-quality patient care
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and support to therapists
• Participate in the recruitment and hiring of new therapists
• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices

Requirements

Requirements:

• Valid LMFT or LCSW license
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Demonstrated knowledge of therapy modalities and treatment approaches
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
