Job description

(Physician/MD qualifications required) Palliative Care/Hospice - This west Georgia Health System is recruiting an experienced Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Palliative Medicine physician to join our hospital staff in Carrollton, Georgia.
Practice Highlights:
Considering experienced providers only to start a new practice in Carrollton, GA
Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care through American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine
Experience with program building preferred
Outpatient Palliative Medicine clinic responsibilities; Monday Friday (5 days|40 hours per week)
100% Outpatient Clinic Based
The city of Carrollton, GA is, located 40 miles west of Atlanta, GA and has a population of approximately 30,000. The Health System service area provides care to a population just under 400,000 in our primary and secondary markets. The Health System is a 5 hospital, non- profit health system providing convenient, personalized healthcare to communities across west Georgia and east Alabama.
