Job description
Job Title: Project Architect
Team/Department: Architecture and Planning
Location: San Diego, CA (On-site/Hybrid)
Hours: Full-time
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000
- Meet with clients to discuss and determine project scope and client requirements
- Coordinate with design team to ensure compliance with client objectives, project budget, city, state, and federal codes
- Manage project team including client, consultant team and other resources from conceptual design through construction to ensure all projects objectives are met
- Review construction documents for quality control evaluation
- Coordinate with contractor during construction phases of projects, conduct site visits, process submittals and RFI's during construction
- Licensed Architect (preferably in the state of CA)
- 3+ years of experience in commercial architectural projects
- Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Science
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office
- Competitive base salary: $90,000 - $120,000
