Position Summary:


A successful Project Controls Engineer will possess the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and direction to perform cost/schedule engineering and/or implementing change control, risk management and reporting work processes. All work will be carried out within established Project Controls processes and procedures that comply with certified EVMS standards and Bechtel's corporate requirements. The successful candidate will also have an innovative approach to completing their work, advanced automation skills, and/or Business Intelligence Analytics, and will require frequent interaction with other members of the project team to develop solutions to execution challenges.


This is a full-time position, initially located in the project offices in the Skeen Whitlock Building in Carlsbad, NM. Occasional visits to the WIPP Project site and/or permanent assignment to a field position located at the site are also possible.

Starting salary $78719 per year **
