About the Role We're looking for an Influencer Manager to lead the execution of DROP's influencer initiatives.. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy - while building meaningful and impactful relationships with global influencers, seeking out and developing new talent, and partnering with content creators to bring big ideas to life. Your work will focus on engaging content creators & streamers to drive brand awareness, fanbase engagement, and business growth across all major content and social platforms.
Here is what you will do as part of the team: - Develop and implement a global influencer marketing strategy that drives brand awareness and supports business priorities.
- Manage end-to-end influencer relationships, including sourcing, contract management, and content direction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Community, Social Media, and Paid Media, to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing efforts.
- Oversee and manage budgets for influencer marketing and external partnerships.
- Create and execute influencer content programs for owned channels (e.g., YouTube, TikTok) and integrate strategies across different marketing channels.
- Own Drop's ambassador program
- Analyze and report on influencer campaign performance, adapting strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- Scout and onboard new influencers, ensuring alignment with the brand's identity and values.
- Stay updated on social and cultural trends to capitalize on key moments for influencer collaborations.
Required Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns and partnerships.
- In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing trends, tools (e.g., Sideqik, Grin), and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Creativity and innovation in developing unique influencer campaigns.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Global perspective, with experience in managing campaigns across different regions and understanding cultural nuances.
- Enthusiasm on Mechanical Keyboards and/or Gaming products is a plus
For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Annual Salary Range $85,000-$100,000 USD
