Job description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Real Estate Assistant in Myrtle Beach, SC. As a Real Estate Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate agents with various administrative tasks related to property transactions.
Responsibilities:
Data entry and record keeping
Preparation of contracts and addendums
Coordination of property inspections
Management of calendars
Communication with clients, vendors, and other agents
Assisting with the management of social media accounts to promote property listings and engage with potential clients.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience with customer service and client relations
