What you will do:
- Sustains the cleanliness of NCC facilities including production facility, outside grounds and office areas.
- Undertakes comprehensive cleaning, addressing restrooms, offices, and other designated areas following a cleaning and maintenance schedule.
- Performs preventative maintenance of cleaning equipment and hand tools.
To thrive in this role you must have:
- Must exhibit self-motivation ensuring tasks are accomplished in a safe, efficient and efficient manner.
- Must have experience in custodial and maintenance areas.
- Must be able to repair furniture, walls, lights, and other plant items.
- Must be able to operate scissor lift and forklift.
- Must have demonstrated employment stability with other places worked.
