Job description
National real estate company that owns, develops, and manages different real estate assets has a new opening for a Senior Accountant in their North Miami office. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports for the various reporting entities of the Company, including the balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows and related footnotes
- Perform general ledger account analysis and reconciliation, including variance analysis
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Compare actual revenues and expenses with budget and analyze discrepancies
- Respond to inquiries from the Executives regarding financial results and special reporting requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting; CPA is highly preferred
- 3+ years of CPA Firm audit experience or corporate accounting experience
- Advanced Excel experience
