As a Corporate   Recruiter for Palmer-Donavin, you will execute full life-cycle recruiting for roles at all locations of Palmer-Donavin. You will assist hiring managers in building best in class teams to meet current and future business needs. You also represent the company culture, work ethic, and ownership mentality. People are what make an organization thrive. Your job is to find the right candidate for the right position at the right time. Responsibilities:

• Monitor head-count and census budgets to determine hiring needs
• Source active and passive candidates using available tools (ICIMS (ATS), Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Screen and interview candidates using a disciplined process
• Lead final interviews in conjunction with hiring managers
• Coach and train hiring managers on interview & selection best practices
• Travel to distribution centers and manufacturing sites as needed
• Assist in a generalist capacity as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred)
• Willingness to travel (10%) and an acceptable driving history report
