Job Summary

The TPX Talent Development Team brings strategic learning and talent management solutions to create the best employee experiences that deliver on business outcomes. The Sr. Manager, Talent Development, leads learning and talent management initiatives for assigned client organizations within Comcast’s Technology and Product Experience (TPX) organization. This role will focus on building a strong learning leadership culture, developing our critical talent, identifying critical roles and at-risk talent, all while developing the skills of our employees to meet the needs of the business. This fast-paced role participates in the planning/development of learning/talent objectives, philosophy, and trends for assigned line(s) of business and partners closely with Human Resources Business Partners to ensure learning and talent management strategies and initiatives are met. This role reports to the Executive Director of TPX Talent Development.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
