Rotate within the company learning technical CNC machining skills
Work side-by-side with highly skilled experts
Attend additional classroom training on the job with local schools
Perfect your craft to become the top tier of your trade
Complete an 8000 hour training program focused on achieving a Journeyman Machinist card
Train within a program registered and maintained with the DOL for CNC Machining
Willingness to learn and develop into a highly skilled individual with a valued craft
A strong work ethic
Motivation to learn
High school diploma or equivalent
NIMS level I credentials or equivalent basic machining knowledge
Technical associates degree highly preferred
Demonstrate exceptional customer service
Desire to deliver quality and value in your work
We generally work first shift Monday-Friday
