Job Description
The Earned Income Director position will perform the following duties:
- This role provides shared services for three operating companies.
- Oversee the Contracts Manager and Pricing Department to ensure customer contract accuracy and compliance with contracts.
- Maintains oversight in Pricing Department to ensure that pricing changes are updated accurately and timely.
- Oversee Margin Manager in maximizing profits for the assigned operating companies. Includes aspects of selling margin, earned income and service excellence.
- Supports Margin Manager with communications on areas for improvement to senior staff, creating action plans and follow up.
- Negotiate, implement and manage purchasing and marketing contracts with suppliers.
- Supervise, train and coordinate the duties of the Vendor Billing Coordinator, Inbound Logistics
- Manager and Inbound Logistics Support Coordinator.
- Analyze and coordinate earned income opportunities
- Create track and analyze monthly financial reports including vendor managed income contributions and return on vendor investment.
- Analyze vendor product consolidation opportunities to convert to higher gross profit vendors.
- Analyze and manage shelters associated with corporate programs.
- Load all vendor programs for tracking including local purchasing and marketing programs and corporate pass-back programs.
- Create and maintain a vendor program matrix to identify earned income voids.
- Audit corporate earned income receipts.
- Analyze monthly receivables for local and corporate programs.
- Audit program status on all vendors to identify programs scheduled to expire 60 days prior to expiration date.
- Process and analyze freight allowance surveys utilized in identifying logistics income opportunities.
- Dissemination of information to procurement, marketing, accounts receivables, accounts payables, brokers and vendors.
- Function as the Power Enterprise trainer for procurement, marketing and earned income associates.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
4 - 6 Years Supervisory Experience in Accounting, Business and / or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting / Finance or related area.
6 - 10 Years experience: Marketing, contract administration or product costing and supervisory / management experience within foodservice industry.
Preferred: Master's in Business Administration (MBA)
