Midas Hospitality is seeking an Operations Supervisor to help oversee the Courtyard hotel located in St. Peters, MO. This person will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the Front Desk and Bistro departments of the hotel property. Responsible for providing leadership to front desk agents & bistro staff to ensure smooth operation of the departments for ensuring that all standard operating procedures are followed.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Inspects food & food preparation to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulations
• Adhere to Marriott standards are met
  
• Respond to customer needs, issues, comments & problems to ensure a quality experience
• Responsible for the efficient and professional running of the front desk & bistro
• Be present & visible at the front desk or bistro to ensure efficient and smooth service is provided to all customers
• Train & Develop bistro & front desk employees
• Coach & counsel team
• At all times strive to represent hotel and brand in the most professional, courteous manner

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2 year Hotel Experience required
• Ability to work nights and weekends
