Job description

Intern, Process Development - Project Management

Responsibilities:

·       Assist in the development of integrated drug development project schedule/plans and in the capture of schedule/plan assumptions

·      Monitors and communicates changes in projects’ scope & schedule and monitors risks and status of timeline deliverables.

·      Acts as a resource to stakeholders for the dispersal of up-to-date project information
·       Facilitates meetings and supports the build of Agenda’s and Presentation Materials.
·       Keeping up to date on applicable regulatory guidelines, for potential impact to ongoing or planned projects.

Preferred Requirements:

• • Pursuing or have obtained a bachelor’s degree in science, psychology, or business.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to interact with cross functional teams w/diverse scientific backgrounds.
  • Good problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and resolve interpersonal issues when necessary
  • Basic use of Microsoft office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
