Job description
Responsibilities:
- Support tech and life sciences clients at all growth stages
- Assist with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance
- Handle equity financings, technology transfers, complex licensing and collaboration arrangements
- Engage in domestic and international tax planning
Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of (Law Firm) tax law experience
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Superior academic credentials
