Job description
The Manager, Process Improvement is a role that facilitates, and teaches onboarding type classes for Facility Services. This exciting opportunity will not only deliver training, but will build learning content and continuously improve on the classes we offer. As well as some project management of classes and content. This role will primarily work with newly hired maintenance technicians, managers, and directors, as well as senior leadership of Facility Services. The role is located at the J Street office in Bentonville, as well as classes being held in various locations around Bentonville. There is also a hands on training facility in Lowell, AR that will be frequented. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Business Strategy.
