Responsibilities - Get a crash course in managing an e-commerce platform, assisting with operations and boosting the customer journey.
- Learn the magic behind merch production, from liaising with local blank providers, print shops, fulfillers, to negotiating with overseas factories.
- Understand the art of client relations as you assist in building products with our partners, adding your unique touch to the creation process.
- Stay tuned to industry trends, helping curate merchandise that doesn't just stand out, but sets the standard.
- Use analytics tools under our guidance to track campaigns and products, tweaking them for maximum appeal and engagement.
- Occasionally, you'll be the secret ingredient in managing our daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role in the entertainment industry? That's a cool bonus.
- A passion for diving into e-commerce, DTC marketing, merchandising, and production.
- Time management skills that could give an atomic clock a run for its money.
- Killer communication skills, able to incorporate our brand values and messages into every project.
