I.T. Help Desk Technician
Home Paramount Pest Control is seeking to fill an
I.T. Help Desk Technician role at our corporate office in Forest Hill, MD.
As an
I.T. Help Desk Technician your daily duties will consist of but not be limited to:
- Provide first line support for users requiring assistance with I.T. issues.
- Support and maintain user accounts including creation, deletion, and rights management through Active Directory.
- Perform password resets.
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
- Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
As an
I.T. Help Desk Technician we require you have the following:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
- Knowledge of Windows 7 & 10.
- Knowledge of user management within Microsoft Exchange 2016.
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2003, 2008, and 2012.
