What You Will Be Doing

-Client activity on a daily basis, including requests and timely follow-up on all outstanding matters
-Bookkeeper work (AP/AR, cash receipt and journal entry coding, general ledger, payroll, and financial statement review) is reviewed.
-Examine bank balances and statements and, if necessary, approve transfers.
-Keep track of credit card activity, fraud alerts, and credit score problems.
-Keep track of insurance renewals and claims.

What You Need for this Position

Required Skills: 
- Associate or Bachelors Degree
- 4+ years of accounting and bookkeeping experience
- 3+ years of client service experience
- High net-worth individuals and businesses
- Management or Supervisory experience
