Job Requirements\
Daily property walk\
Maintain property aesthetics (exterior and interior)\
Supervise and co-ordinate all marketing activities\
Overlook leasing activity follow up on leads and approve application outstanding\
Helps set the standard on how other staff member engage prospective and current residents.\
Actively manage customer satisfaction and improve retention rate - encourage property staff to follow up on renewals\
Helps with training staff as necessary and models effective sales techniques on a daily basis.\
Review collections daily and make decisions where required\
Monitor all property work orders and supervise execution\
Manage the make ready schedule and supervise the progress\
Resolve tenant complaints\
Inspect all vacant, rehab and make ready units\
Ensure update of all daily activities on the system at the end of each day\
Update all permits (city, sign, etc.)\
Perform weekly inventory of maintenance shop\
Must be bilingual\
Able to work weekends \
The ability to work well independently as well as within a team setting\
Property Management software knowledge - Resman software knowledge a plus\
Implementing marketing plans\
People Skills
