Campus Experience Coordinator

CEC Essential Duties: The Campus Experience Coordinator (CEC) is responsible for all aspects of the visit experience at Concordia. This includes:
Campus Experience Management:
Serve as the primary point person for scheduling and coordinating individual campus visits, campus
tours and group visits offered both in-person and virtually.
Manage all visit communication and visit components (admission meetings, faculty meetings, Chapel, attending lunch, getting to and from places on campus, etc.) with tour guides, our guests, faculty, coaches, and staff.
Supervise Campus Tour Guides:
Maintain tour guide handbook, script, and tour routes to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Manage the tour guide schedules to guarantee coverage for all scheduled tour shifts.
Serve as the primary tour guide backup when there are no tour guides available.
