Job description

Description:

JOB OVERVIEW :

- Perform receiving procedures on incoming parts and materials

- Open Work Orders in Quantum ERP system

- Create, find and maintain records within the ERP and on paper for traceability

- Perform physical inventory count, reconcile, research parts history and location

- Create and physical assembly of kits

- Pull parts for WIP and direct sales

- Identify, control, segregate and maintain all stock

- Identify and manage all shelf life limited parts and materials

- Perform mutilation and disposition of all scrap parts

- Package and ship materials

- Perform freight handling (strap, wrap, proper labels, load/unload truck)

- Maintain stockroom and inventory cleanliness

SHIFT :

M-F 7am – 3:30pm

OT SITUATION :

- A possibility but not guaranteed, may need it coming up though

CONTRACT DETAILS :

- Contract to hire, generally hired direct around 4 Months but exact timeline dictated by attitude & performance

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

- At least three (3) years related experience and/or training

- Computer skills including electronic mail, Microsoft Word and Excel experience

- Ability to read and comprehend written and oral instructions in English

- Forklift experience

- A valid AZ State driver’s license

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS :

- any knowledge on Enterprise resource planning ( ERP )

COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS :

FAA Drug Test
