Job description

Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency, has an opening for a Home Health RN . We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Newport, VT, 05855

Assignment Start Date: 3/25/2024

13 weeks | Days| 8-hour shift | 40 hours per week with 32 hours guaranteed

The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please contact a recruiter for full details.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Must have Oasis, Home Health, and Hospice experience
• Must have experience traveling from patient to patient for home visits.
• Must be able to manage and adjust to changes to schedule.

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:

• Current VT State license RN License is required
• Current BLS/BCLS is required

EMR System: HealthWyse (Casamba) experience preferred

Shift: M-F 8-5 with some weekend coverage. Some ON-CALL may be scheduled but only on an emergency basis.
