Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. As the Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Essential Functions:

Email Correspondence:

Efficiently handle email communication related to warehouse activities, orders, and inquiries.

Sales Support:

Provide support in sales-related activities within the warehouse, ensuring smooth coordination and fulfillment of customer orders.

Driver Communication:

Communicate effectively with drivers, coordinating schedules, and ensuring timely arrivals and departures.

Forklift and Electric Pallet Jack Operation:

Safely operate and maneuver a forklift and electric pallet jack to handle and transport goods within the warehouse.

Loading and Unloading:

Oversee the loading and unloading of two trailers per day, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

•  Proven experience in warehouse coordination and logistics.
•  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
•  Ability to operate a forklift and electric pallet jack safely.
•  Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in loading and unloading processes.
•  Previous experience in sales support within a warehouse setting is a plus.

Requirements:

•  Valid forklift certification.
•  Physical ability to handle the demands of loading and unloading activities.
•  Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
•  Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
