Established (50+ Years) Mid-Sized Law Firm Seeks Senior Associate Attorney! Portland, ME!
We are an established mid-sized law firm whose practice areas include employment and land use law. We have been in business for over 50 years and we're looking to scale our team with people who want to build long-term careers with us! Competitive compensation contingent on experience
Bonus programs (Between 10k-50k)

5+ years years of experience with a focus in and commitment to employment law
Strong academic credentials and an ability to work independently and concurrently on multiple projects
Extensive experience in all aspects of employment law, and a willingness to work on both employee and employer side matters
Maine Bar membership will be required and is not a condition to hiring
Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
Communicate with partners, associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently
