Job description
Hopewell Baptist Church of Monroe, NC, is prayerfully seeking our next Senior Pastor. We are praying for a man who is passionate about preaching, seeing the lost come to know Christ, and casting God’s vision.
Founded in 1878, Hopewell is a large, growing, conservative Southern Baptist Church (BF&M 2000). Our history is a testimony to what God has done, and we look forward with excitement to seeing all that He will do in the future.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for preaching the Gospel and baptizing new believers, a strong educational foundation, and expertise in shepherding a large staff and congregation in the areas of worship, discipleship, and ministry.
