What you will do:
- Call customers in a professional and timely manner
- Move materials in our yard and warehouse as needed
- Lead by example and adhere to and understand safety policies and requlations

What you will bring:
- Ability to drive a forklift
- Previous team lead or supervisory experience
- Experience working directly with the customers
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, vendors, and customers (both written and verbal)
- Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under adverse weather conditions
- Ability to handle all types of building products
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs. repeatedly throughout the day
- Our ideal candidate will always put safety first and always wear appropriate PPE
- Have a working knowledge of residential construction and window components and repairs
- Have the ability to work alone as well as collaborate with other employes or group
