WSB is seeking a Denver-based leader for our Land Development Group. The ideal candidate brings experience managing site design and entitlements for large- scale real estate development projects and will bring long- lasting partnerships to their work at WSB.

What You Will Do: - You will oversee planning, feasibility, site design and entitlement processes for our clients’ residential and commercial land development projects.
- You will manage multiple Land Development Clients. These will include developers, architects, and institutional clients.
- Lead our Denver-based Land Development staff in successful completion of our client’s projects, within scope & budget and to the client’s satisfaction.
- You will expand on our existing relationships and develop new relationships to enhance our customer base within Colorado and select Metropolitan Areas within the Western Region.
- Assess market, establish goals, and execute plans to meet and exceed revenue goals in Land Development.
What You Will Bring: - The successful candidate will have 10 - 15 years’ experience in the planning, feasibility analysis, site design, and entitlements process for land development for residential and commercial land development projects.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
- Experience with large scale, complex real estate development projects is preferred.
- Technical background in civil engineering, or landscape architecture.
- The successful candidate must possess a valid driver’s license along with a clean driving record and the ability to work in a variety of locations.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Land Planning, or Landscape Architecture.
- Colorado PE License
