As General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, you will oversee and manage all legal affairs for Emerald, including managing corporate governance, securities and compliance matters; M&A and financing/capital markets transactions; commercial contracts and exhibitor/contractor agreements; and equity incentive plans and employment agreements.
You will report to the CFO and also work closely with the CEO and the entire executive team to help drive Emerald’s strategic growth.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Executive comepnsation package includes base salary, annual bonus, and equity. Base salary anticipated at $350,000; candidate qualifications will determine final package.
Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position. This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate’s qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
