Job description
MUST HAVE A PNC AND LIFE LICENSE FOR A MIN OF 4 YEARS WITH CURRENT VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE IN SALES AND MANAGEMENT - Must have experience Hiring, firing, training and holding a sales and service team accountable to monthly, quarterly, and yearly results.. Must have managed a minimum of 4 people in the agency.
We are seeking for a passionate, self-driven leader, with at least 5 years experience in the Insurance Industry. ( Preferably with Farmers, Allstate, or Statefarm )
As the office manager, you will help grow the Agency by directing, organizing, and delivering efficient development programs in new business sales, retention and customer service.
MUST HAVE A CURRENT VERIFIABLE SALES RECORD FOR LIFE AND COMMERCIAL INSURANCE
Salary: $72,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the Agency in the day to day operations
- Facilitating daily and weekly sales builder sessions with staff/team to advance sales, underwriting, and product knowledge.
- Monitoring, and promoting daily, monthly and quarterly sales production and encourage healthy competitions that build camaraderie among team members.
- Meet monthly / quarterly new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Manage and process agency operations with the goal of delivering excellent customer service to every client and households
- Conduct consultative sales presentation to new and existing clients
- Analyze, clarify and resolve intermediate policy and account related questions from internal and external clients.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty and Life and Health insurance license is required
- Must be knowledgeable in life insurance and both personal, commercial lines of business
- Have the drive to be successful and improve skills / Goal Oriented
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
