Job description
TBH Biotech, a clinical-stage specialty immunotherapy company at the forefront of medical innovation, is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support services to the CFO, ensuring a professional and effective experience within the financial sector.
Manage day-to-day administrative affairs concerning the CFO, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other financial documents with confidentiality and integrity.
Balance conflicting priorities, handle matters expeditiously, and follow through on projects to successful completion.
Assist with specific projects, track progress against deadlines and budgets, and prepare updates for the CFO.
Maintain accurate records of billing activities, invoices, payments received, and outstanding debts.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; financial background is a plus.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, demonstrating professional development.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive).
Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to build and manage relationships across teams with professionalism.
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
